Precipitation tank with tilted pipes is designed to separate the mixture of sludge and wa-ter.The paper deals with the settling problem of the precipitation tank with tilted pipes.According to the settling theory,the flocculent overflowing is explained.In the end,the several remarks about the the precipitation tank with tilted pipes are made.
