摘要
用固相合成法合成出KCa2 Nb3O10 ,并用离子交换法制备出HCa2 Nb3O10 ;通过正丙胺层间膨胀、氯铂酸铵 ,TiO2 层间插入和紫外光分解等反应 ,合成出一种新的层状光催化纳米复合材料HCa2 Nb3O10 /(Pt,TiO2 )。采用XRD、DRS对所制备的材料进行了表征。以甲基橙为目标降解物 ,考察了所制备的材料的光催化性能 ,结果表明所制备的HCa2 Nb3O1 0 /(Pt,TiO2 )纳米复合材料对甲基橙具有较高的光催化降解效率 ,并且其光催化活性的稳定性较高。
HCa 2Nb 3O 10 was prepared by calcining stoichiometric mixture of K 2CO 3,Nb 2O 5,CaCO 3 followed by ion exchange reaction with HCl.HCa 2Nb 3O 10 /(Pt,TiO 2) layered nanocomposite photocatalyst was synthesized by successive intercalation reactions of HCa 2Nb 3O 10 with (NH 4) 2PtC 16 aqueous solution,n- C 3H 7NH 2/ethanol mixed solution and acidic TiO 2 colloid solution followed by UV lingt irradiation. The samples were characterized by using diffuse reflectance absorption spectrum and X-Ray diffraction etc. The photocatalytic activities were investigated by photodegrading the methyl orange, the result indicates that HCa 2Nb 3O 10 /(Pt,TiO 2) layered nanocomposite photocatalyst has not only excellent photocatalytic activities, but its photocatalytic activities are stable.
