关于成人函授学历教育的现状与思考

A Survey and Reflection on Adult Correspondence Education

从决策者的初衷看 ,成人函授学历教育是一项投入少、见效快、资源充分利用的高效益的事业。但在心身浮躁、急功近利的不良心态弥漫的社会大背景下 ,成人函授学历教育存在着诸如招生秩序混乱、教风学风严重滑坡的种种令人忧虑的现象 ,它的直接危害是文凭的贬值和诚信的流失。笔者以为 ,只有规范 ,才有出路。

Viewed from the policymakers' original intention, the adult correspondence education in China was a highly effective cause to throw in less investment, produce more rapid effect and make full use of educational resources. But in fact, influnced by the impetuosity and eagerness for quick success and instant benefit in the ill-intentioned society, many such worrying problems as disorderly enrolment and declining of the teaching and stuolying styles have appeared, which drectlyr esult in the diploma devaluation and distrust of homesty and dependability. The author argues that theris no way out for adult correspondence education without formal schooling.
