墓头回、金耳及贞芪扶正冲剂对小白鼠免疫功能影响的初步观察

Preliminary Observation on the Effects of Patrinia Scarbra Bunge.Tremella Aurantia and Fructus Ligustri Lucidi-Radix Astragali Fu-Zheng Powder on the Immune Function in Mice

我们先后进行了两批实验,观察中草药墓头回、金耳及贞芪扶正冲剂对102只昆明种小白鼠免疫功能的影响。实验结果显示这三种药物对小白鼠ANAE阳性淋巴细胞百分数(尤其是点状颗粒型淋巴细胞)、Ea玫瑰花环形成百分率,巨噬细胞吞噬百分率和吞噬指数均有不同程度的增进作用,本文对其作用机理做了初步讨论。

The Chinese medicinal herbs: Patrinia scarbra Bunge, Tremella aurantia and Fructus Ligustri Lucidi-Radix astragali Fu-Zheng powder were used to observe the effects on the immune function in 102 healthy mice. The result showed that the mice of three groups which were received the herbs displayed an obvious enhancing action respectively on the rate of ANAE positive lymphocytes (especially on the spot granular pattern ) , the rate of rosette for- mation, the phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index of the macrophages in different exfenf. The role of the three Chinese medicinal herbs were discussed preliminarily.
