激活我国民间投资的思考

Activating Private Investment Effectively and Develop Civil-run Economy Energetically

在过去的10年里,民间投资迅速发展,已经成为推动经济增长的重要力量。从1990年开始,国民生产总值增量中的70%是由民营投资创造的。在2002年,民营经济中的就业人数占总就业人数的89.26%。然而,目前仍然存在对民间投资发展的很多障碍,文章就进一步激活民间投资提出了建议。

In the past 10 years, the private investment has become an important power to stimulate the economy development with high speed. Since 1990, 70% of GDP increment is made by private investment. In 2002, the employment rate amounts to 89.26% of the whole employment group. However, at present there are still many obstacles to the private investment. The paper presents some suggestions to activate private investment.
