On Necessity of Strengthening Early Warning Mechanism of TBT Risk

技术性贸易壁垒(TBT)现已成为一种新的贸易保护主义手段,客观上构成了对我国外贸出口发展的巨大障碍。为了有效规避TBT风险,文章指出应充分认识到TBT风险的主要形式及发展趋势,强化TBT风险预警机制的建立,并提及了在强化中应注意的一些问题。

TBT (Technical Barriers to Trade) has become a kind of new means for trade protectionism, and objectively form the enormous obstacle to foreign export development in our country. In order to evade TBT risk effectively, we should fully realize the main contents of TBT risk and the development trend of TBT, strengthen the setting-up of early warning mechanism of TBT risk, and pay attention to some questions during strengthening.
