脉冲Nd∶YAG激光照射对人牙周膜成纤维细胞增殖力的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨Nd∶YAG激光照射对牙周膜成纤维细胞增殖能力的影响。方法离体培养的第5代人牙周膜成纤维细胞分为5组。A~D组细胞用Nd∶YAG激光照射,其参数分别为A组:80mJ/p,20pps,照射5min;B组:80mJ/p,20pps,照射10min;C组:100mJ/p,20pps,照射5min;D组:100mJ/p,20pps,照射10min。E组细胞不予激光照射作为对照组。全部的样本细胞均作PI染色后用流式细胞仪检测DNA时相比例,分析细胞增殖情况。结果A至E组细胞增殖指数分别为22.97±0.94、24.12±0.96、29.61±1.47、42.52±4.61、20.76±0.74,其中仅D组较E组明显为高(P<0.05)。结论在适当能量和时间作用下,Nd∶YAG激光照射可以促进牙周膜成纤维细胞的增殖。 Objective To study the effect of pulsed Nd∶YAG laser on the proliferation of human periodontal fibroblast and to evaluate the effect of the laser on periodontal therapy Methods The 5th generation of cultured human periodontal fibroblast was divided into 5 groups The four of them were Nd∶YAG lasered respectively as follows:A 80 mJ/p,20 pps,5 min;B 80 mJ/p,20 pps,10 min;C 100 mJ/p,20 pps,5 min;D 100 mJ/p,20 pps,10min?Group E was not laser irradiated as a control Then the cells were all stained with propidium iodide and DNA content was studied on Coulter flow cytometer Results The proliferation index of A to E were 22 97±0 94,24 12±0 96,29 61±1 47,42 52±4 61,and 20 76±0 74,respectively and only that of group D was statistically higher than group E(P<0 05) Conclusions With right energy and working time, Nd∶YAG laser is effective to accelerate the proliferation of human periodontal fibroblast
