摘要
目的观察常规药物联合He-Ne激光穴位照射及超短波照射治疗小儿肺炎的疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法将确诊为小儿肺炎的患儿118例,随机分为常规药物联合He-Ne激光、超短波治疗组(治疗组)和单纯药物治疗组(对照组),每组59例。两组患儿药物治疗方案一致,治疗组额外接受He-Ne激光穴位照射及肺部超短波治疗。10d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后判定结果,治疗前后检测免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM含量。结果两组患儿在临床疗效方面均取得满意疗效,治疗组的疗效比对照组更明显(P<0.05);免疫功能比较,治疗组比对照组明显改善(P<0.01)。结论常规药物联合He-Ne激光及超短波照射治疗小儿肺炎,能促进炎症的吸收,改善患儿的免疫功能。
Objective To observe the effect of the point irradiation using the He Ne laser combined with ultrashort wave on children pneumonia and on immune function. Methods A total of 118 patients with children pneumonia were randomly divided into curative and control groups with 59 patients per group,in which the former was treated by using the He Ne laser combined with ultrashort wave and the latter was done by drug,with the same treatment plan,and the treatment curative duration was 10 days.The immunoglobulins G,A and M were respectively measured before and after treatment. Results After 10 days,the curative effects of two groups were satisfactory and the curative group was more superior to control one(P<0.05).The immune function of curative group was also obviously improved than control one(P<0.01). Conclutions The children pneumonia early treated by using the ultrashort wave combined with He Ne laser can promote inflammation to be resorbed and improve immune function of the children patients.
