摘要
当归总酸对氯仿-肾上腺素、乌头硷、氯化钡等诱发的动物药物型心律失常有明显的保护作用。并能明显抑制小鼠自发活动、增加小鼠常压下的耐缺氧能力。
The total organic acid constituents of Dang-gui roots on the antiarrhyth- mic actions in rabbits and rats were studied. Experiments indicated that the total organic acid constituents (2%-1.0ml/kg, ip in rats or 20mg/kg, iv in rabbits)produced obvious pro- tective effects on adrenaline-chloro- form(rabbits), aconitine(rats)and BaC12 (rats)induced arrhythmias by shortening the total duration of them. Total organic acid constituents di- minished also the spontaneous activ- ity and increased the ability of hyp- oxia tolerance in mice. ECG in una- nesthetized rabbits after 20mg/kg to- tal organic acid constituents admini- stration iv, characterized by a leng- thening of PR interval with the red- uction of amplitude.
