摘要
采用原位聚合方法制备了西佛碱 (SD)刚性链 /尼龙 6(PA6)复合材料 ,并对其结构和热性能进行了表征。红外光谱和紫外光谱分析结果表明 ,SD刚性链已在PA6基体中生成 ;DSC和TGA热分析结果表明 ,SD的加入 ,对PA6的结晶有诱导作用 ,但没有改变铸型尼龙的α晶型结构 ;SD ( 5 % ) /PA6的动态力学谱图上 ,只出现一个玻璃化转变温度 ,较PA6提高了 9℃。
Swiff base(SD)/PA6 was prepared by means of in-situ polymerization, and the structure and thermal property of the prepared composite were characterized by means of FT-IR and UV spectra, which showed rigid chain of SD had formed in PA6. The results of DSC and TGA analysis showed the crystallization of PA6 was induced by the addition of SD, but the spherulite structure and α crystal style of the MC nylon had no changes. The glass transition temperature increased by 9 ℃ when the content of SD in MC Nylon matrix was 5wt%.
