摘要
为了实现注塑模CAE软件与商用CAD软件之间的数据交换 ,给出了基于STL文件的三维实体模型的表面有限元网格划分方法。该算法利用STL文件传递薄壁注塑件的实体模型信息 ,在对该模型的表面区域进行合并的基础上 ,重新进行网格划分 ,可生成质量较好的表面三角形网格 ,从而得到满足成型模拟需要的有限元网格模型。
An algorithm was developed for the mesh generation on the surface of solid model based on STL file in order to build an interface between plastics injection molding CAE software and CAD software. The information about the solid model of thinning plastics injection molding parts was transformed by STL file so that better triangle mesh was created on the surface of the solid model after the combination of regions, which could meet the need of plastics injection molding simulation.
