聚乙烯醇/明胶共混膜的结构和性能研究 被引量:32

摘要 制备了不同配比的聚乙烯醇 /明胶共混膜。用扫描电镜 (SEM)观察了共混膜的表面形貌 ;用DSC TG、FT IR和X射线衍射仪表征了共混膜的结构 ;测试了共混膜的力学性能、溶胀率和溶解率。结果表明 ,当m (PVA)∶m(明胶 )为 9∶1时 ,两组分相容性好 ,膜表面均匀光滑规整 ,具有较好的力学性能、较大的溶胀率和较小的溶解率 。 The blend membranes of PVA/glutin with different blending ratios were prepared. The morphological structures of the blend membranes were observed with scanning electronic microscopy, and the structures were determined and characterized by means of DSC-TG, FT-IR and X-ray diffraction. The mechanical properties, swelling ratio and solubility of the blend membranes were determined. The result showed that the two components were compatible and the blend membranes had preferable mechanical performance, biggish swelling ratio and lesser solubility when the blending ratio of PVA to glutin was 9∶1. So, as a kind of medical material, the blend membrane was superior to those pure membranes.
