摘要
通过共混复合的方法制备出具有抗静电性能的聚丙烯 (PP)。考察了抗静电剂的添加量 ,抗静电剂与PP的混合方式及冷却方式对抗静电PP表面电阻的影响 ;探讨了抗静电剂在聚合物中的抗静电机理。结果表明 ,抗静电剂HKD 15 1与HKD 5 2 0的质量比为 1∶1,且其用量分别为PP质量的 1 5 %时 ,PP的抗静电性能较好 ;与高搅混合方式相比 ,冷辊混合有助于抗静电PP性能的提高 ;
Antistatic polypropylene (PP) was prepared by means of blending PP with antistatic agent. The effects of the mass fraction of antistatic agent (HKD-151 and HKD-520) and the blending way on the surface resistivity of PP, and the antistatic mechanism of the antistatic agent in the PP were studied. The results showed that PP would have better antistatic property when the mass fraction of HKD-151 to HKD-520 was 1∶1 and the content of them was 1.5% in the antistatic PP respectively. Compared with other way, chill-roll blending was of benefit to the improvement of the antistatic property of PP.
