论文论述了公共图书馆的管理首先要明确定位,主要有三个方面:一是图书馆面对市场经济的定位,二是图书馆面对网络环境时的定位,三是图书馆办馆模式的定位。衡量一个公共图书馆的管理水平,主要看其服务。

This article discusses that the management of public library should at first make sure its orientation. There are three aspects in its orientation. The first is about how do the libraries deal with the market economy. The second is about how do the libraries deal with the network environment. The third is about the libraries' mode. The managing level of a public library is mainly shown in its service.
