在企业里设立思想政治工作是计划经济时代的产物。随着企业进入文化管理和人力资源开发、管理时期 ,以及企业生存环境的不稳定 ,而思想政治工作具有对员工观念、个性和情绪进行管理 ,及思想政治工作者能帮助企业管理者预测、分析企业政治政策环境发展变化趋势的功能 ,思想政治工作在企业中的作用不会过时。现代企业管理者应重视思想政治工作的管理功能 ,同时思想政治工作也应与时俱进 ,及时调整自己的工作目标和任务、工作内容和方法 ,以适应时代的需求。

The ideological and political work is the product of planning economy. It mainly serves the national policy in that time. As the alternative to the planning economy, the marketing economy has changed the enterprise managing system. Meanwhile, the top managers paid less and less attention to the ideological and political work because of their stereotype about its previous function and sermon methods. With the development of cultural management and the development of the human resources, as well as the instability of the enterprises’ surviving environment, the ideological and political workers begin to play more and more important role in predicting and analyzing the trends of the developing policy environment. Hence, the author suggests that the top managers should pay more attention to the managerial function of the ideological and political work, and the ideological and political workers should adjust their work goal and content , improve their work skills so as to keep up with the development of the society.
