摘要
以发展的眼光考察、分析了传统图书馆 ,从业务运作到体制结构上存在的问题并提出图书馆的改革重点是实现信息服务 ,与此相适应在管理体制上应实行“业务流程重组”。
In this paper the authors explore and analyze the problems in the traditional-style libraries concerning their operations and structures, and point out that the their key of reform exists in the realization of information service in compliance to which the reorganization of operational process is to be carried out.
