多目标边际优选法及其在大型引水工程渠道规模优化中的应用

摘要 大型引水工程是水资源优化配置的工程措施之一。应用系统工程、渠道设计、工程经济学的理论和方法 ,建立了以供水量最大、生态环境缺水量最小和工程规模利用率最大为目标 ,以水资源优化配置为基础的大型渠道工程规模多目标优选模型。首次提出了不同频率组合控制流量边际优化法 ,并以长江流域某一引水工程为例进行了研究 。 The large-scale diversion project is one of the engineering approaches of optimal allocations of water resources. According to the theoretic of system engineering, canal design and engineering economics, the multi-objective model which has three objectives such as maximal water supply, minimal water deficiency for ecosystem and maximal efficiency for canal were built based on the optimal allocations of regional water resources. The marginal index methodology, which receives satisfactions by means of combining the different controlling flux responding to the respective frequency, is proposed at the earliest time. The instance of a large-scale diversion project in Yangtze River basin is also approred.
