摘要
B族维生素种类多、结构复杂、分析测定困难。现有的测定方法大部分为对单一类别B族维生素的测定。急需一种快速、准确、简便且能同时测定B族维生素的方法 ,便于实际应用。综述了高效液相色谱法、毛细管电泳等几种常用的同时测定多种B族维生素方法的原理以及样品的前处理程序和方法。讨论了几种方法的优缺点及使用样品的种类。并对上述方法进行了比较 。
B vitamins’ structure is complex and has many kinds, therefore, it is difficult to determine it. Many of the existing determination methods are suitable to determine one kind of B vitamins, so it is urgent to find a simultaneous determination method which is fast, accurate and convenient. B vitamins determination principle, sample pretreatment and procedure of high pressure liquid chromatography, capillary electrophoresis and other kinds of chromatographic methods are reviewed. The advantages, disadvantages and application fields are also discussed. The comparison of every method, the research direction and focus for the future are put forward.
