On Farmers' Big Increase of Incomes

2 0世纪 80年代后期以来 ,农民增收缓慢。我国要在 2 0 2 0年实现全面建设小康社会的发展目标 ,必须做到农民大幅度增收。农民增收缓慢的直接原因是供求关系不利于作为供给者的农民 ,深层次原因是农村经济发展理论落后 ,导致农村资金供给严重短缺。要实现农民大幅度增收 ,必须进行理论创新和政策创新 ,保证农村资金供给充足。

Since the late 1980s,farmers have had a slow increase of incomes. In order to fulfill the development aim of building overall a well-to-do society in China,farmers must have a big increase of incomes. The direct reason for a slow increase is that the relationship of supply and demand is not in favor of the suppliers——farmers and the deeper reason is that the backward theory of rural economy development leads to a large shortage of rural funds. A big increase of incomes demands innovations of theories and policies and a sufficient supply of rural funds.
