摘要
南水北调工程是我国现今最大的水利工程,不仅工程量浩大而且涉及面广、关系复杂,引进先进的工程管理方法对工程进行科学的管理势在必行。以河北省“数字南水北调”工程为例,对数字南水北调工程的必要性和可行性,以及工程的基本运行环节进行浅要论述,初步探讨了“数字南水北调”工程中地理信息系统在南水北调工程中的应用和所发挥的积极效用。
As the largest ever project in the country, SNWT contains lots of works and covers many professional fields. It is of importance to introduce advanced management scheme for the project. The essay takes Hebei digital water transfer as an example, describes GIS application in the transfer project, and discusses the necessity and feasibility of digital use.
