Information science relates text and other information retrieval and access to electronic databases and Internet information.The core problem of the theory of information science is to judge the value of access points of various subjects in electronic databases,which relates to the theory of meaning and semantics.This paper outlines important principles of document design in the field of “writing study” and possible access points of subjects and sums up the results of the study.
