From the view of computer multilingual information processing, the article discusses several problems of using computer to convert an Japanese-Chinese-English dictionary of technology into Chinese-Japanere-English dictionary. The article defines the concepts of word representation length of Chinese Character and English words, and concepts of capability of word representation of Chinese and Western languages. The article uses computer testing data to compare literal advantages and disadvantages of Chinese and Western languages.
