The possessed elements for power plant to build ecoindustrial park are analyzed, and the specific patterns are proposed, that is to build aluminum-power, coal-power-gas, forest-power-paper, petrochemistry-power and syngas park eco-industrial park for the existing power plant and newly built power plant.
