对富含ω-6多不饱和脂肪酸鸡蛋的研究 被引量:2

摘要 将60只52周龄蛋鸡分为五组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别饲喂含3%胡麻油,3%菜籽油,3%大豆油和3%花生油的日粮,研究日粮中添加植物油对鸡蛋中ω-6多不饱和脂肪酸的影响。结果表明,日粮中添加3%植物油可明显提高蛋鸡生产性能和增加蛋中亚油酸(C18∶2)的含量(P<0.05),在20、30d和40d收集的鸡蛋蛋黄中,试验组的亚油酸(C18∶2)含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验3组提高幅度最高(20、30、40d分别比对照组提高20.9%、54.0%、57.2%),试验2组提高幅度最低(20、30、40d分别比对照组提高5.3%、11.3%、23.7%)。 week-old laying hens were divided into five groups, the control was fed with basal diet, the five trial groups were fed with 3% huma oil, 3% rapeseed oil, 3% soy bean oil and 3% peanut oil respectively,studying the effect of plant oil in diet on ω-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid of egg, the result showed that productivity of laying hens were improved in trial groups(P<0.05;, and the linoleic acid in egg (selected during 20?30?40d; were higher than the control(P<0.05;, especial the trial group 3 was highest,the trial group 2 was lowest.
