制度文化最早源自于企业文化,它是企业文化的一个重要组成部分。制度和文化联在一起形成制度文化的时候,制度原有的特征被赋予了新的内容。借鉴企业文化中的“制度文化”,建设大学文化,以至于大学制度文化,对于提升大学的品位意义重大。大学制度文化建设是一项复杂的系统工程,它体现了高校管理者的价值取向、信仰追求。大学制度文化建设要着眼于制度体系的导向性、激励约束力和人性化。

The institutional culture of enterprise culture is of great help to improve the grade of universities.The institutional culture in universities includes the following aspects,teaching system construction,scientific research system construction,students' affairs system construction,personnel system construction and laboratory construction.
