摘要
利用MnO2作氧化剂,对硫化银锰精矿进行氧化预处理,考查了硫酸浓度、氧化剂加入量、液固比对银浸出率的影响,在硫酸6mol/L、氧化剂为精矿量的40%、液固比3∶1、2h、90℃条件下银浸出率平均94 1%,同时综合回收了S、Mn等有价元素。
The MnO_2 is used as oxidant to pretreat silver-manganese concentrate,the effecting factors such as sulphur acid concentration,MnO_2 adding amount and the ratio of liquid to solid on silver leaching rate are discussed in detail.The average silver leaching rate can be reched to 94.14% on the following conditions:6mol/L H_2SO_4,MnO_2 adding amount is 40% of the concentrate amount,L/S=3∶1,2h and 90℃,as well as recovering S and Mn comprehensively.
