摘要
对布鲁诺猕猴桃在浙江北部地区的果实形态变化及主要营养成分的变化规律研究结果表明:布鲁诺猕猴桃果实体积与鲜质量变化曲线为"双S"型,果实发育期主要营养成分(有机酸、蛋白质、碳水化合物、维生素C等)含量呈规律性变化。
In order to regulate better the growth and development of Actinidia chinensis cv. Bruno in the northern region of Zhejiang, fruits in different developing periods were sampled.Studying on the changes of form and nutrition of them showed that the fruit growth was characteristic of a double'S' curve.And in the fruit growth the content of the main nutritive ingredients,such as organic acids,proteins,carbohydrates,vitamin C and so on changed regularly.
