摘要
微细矿粒表面性质对其在水中的沉降有重要的影响,通过理论分析与计算,得出了包含表面性质因素的颗粒沉降的介质阻力公式和沉降末速公式。试验测定了疏水前后的单颗粒和粒群在水中的沉降速度。结果表明,矿粒表面疏水化后,在水中的自由沉降速度和干涉沉降速度均上升,这与理论分析结果相一致。
The settling velocity of fine mineral particles is affected by its interface characteristic. The medium resistance formula and the terminal velocity of settling containing interface characteristic factors have been deduced by analysis and study. The settling velocity of hydrophobic and hydrophilic single particle and particles in water has been determined. The results show that the free settling velocity and the hindered settling rate of fine particles in water have increased after the mineral surface became hydrophobic. This is in keeping with the theory analysis results.
