摘要
为了验证纳米涂层确实能用于空间飞行器内空气的净化和杀菌,在4 m3的长方体有机玻璃密封室中进行了纳米TiO2涂层的光催化性能实验,纳米涂层的总面积为4m2,并且照射的紫外光波长为365 nm.在数据处理方面采用洁净空气量法(CADR).实验结果表明纳米涂层对SO2、HCHO和NO2的净化效果分别为每min 23.09%、2.48%和4.88%.而对大肠杆菌抑菌效果为96%~99%,对肺炎克雷伯氏菌抑菌效果为92%~96%.
In order to testify the fact that the nano TiO2 coating can be used to purify air and kill the bacteria within spacecraft, the nano-TiO2 coating photocatalytic experiments are carried out within a 4 m3 sealed chamber which is made up of rectangular organic glass plates, the area of nano TiO2 coating is 4 m2 and the irradiating ultraviolet wavelength is 365 nm. Data processing adopts the method of clean air delivery rate (CADR). The experimental results indicate that the nano TiO2 coating's purifying rate of the sulfur dioxide is 23.09%, that of the formaldehyde is 2.48% and the nitrogen dioxide 4.88% per minute. The antibacterial rate of Escherichia coli is 96%- 99% and the rate of Klebsiella pneumoniae is 92%-96%.
