摘要
现代排球比赛已不仅是运动员之间的对抗,更是场上教练员之间运筹谋略实施举措的有形的无声的较量。在实力水平均衡的情况下,教练员科学的谋略举措将对比赛产生直接的影响。本文从教练员的技术谋略举措和心理谋略举措两方面进行了阐述,指出了现代排球教练员应具备的基本素质。
Modern volleyball game is not only an antagonism between players, but also a visible and silent contest of coaches?strategies and tactics. In the situation of balanced strengths, coaches?scientific strategies and tactics would produce a direct influence on competitions. This paper, in the aspects of coaches?technological and psychological strategies and tactics, points out the basic qualities coaches should possess.
