对江苏省高校学生健美需求和健美教学现状的调查与分析

An Investigation and Analysis on Bodybuilding Demand and Teaching in Colleges of Jiangsu Province

以江苏省10所高校为例,通过对大学生的健美需求与健美教学开展状况进行调查分析。结果表明,我省大学生的形体健美意识较强,但高校健美教学开展的情况与大学生的健美需求之间存在很大差距。提出了在高校体育教学中增加健美内容的建议。

The article deals with bodybuilding demands and its teachings in 10 colleges or universities in Jiangsu Province. The findings indicate that college students have a strong desire for bodybuilding, but bodybuilding teaching conducted is far below from the students?requirements. The author puts forward on a suggestion of adding bodybuilding course in college P. E. teaching.
