试析体育教师的多重角色及其冲突

Analysis on Multiple Roles of P. E. Teacher and Conflict

从分析角色概念入手,对体育教师的多重角色及角色期望进行了分析,重点阐述了体育教师的角色间冲突与角色内冲突的原因,并在此基础上提出体育教师角色调适的重要性和主要途径。

Begin with the analysis on the conception of role, the multiple roles of P. E. teacher as well as role抯 expectation has been analyzed. Emphasis has been placed on the explicating of the conflicts among roles of P. E. teacher and reasons that cause the conflicts. Based on the above study, we suggest the importance of P. E. teacher抯 role regulation and the main methods.
