The writer makes a preliminary exploration of the present situation of football promoters in China through many different ways, such as making investigations, interviewing the professionals and consulting documents and data. Based on the national conditions of China, the paper analyzes the main factors that restrict the development of Chinese football promoters and puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the healthy development of Chinese football promoters.
