对我国“普法”活动导向的有关思考——基层社会成员法律意识状况调查分析

A Consideration Related to The Guide of The National Popularizing-law Education——Survey on the Conditions of the Legal Consciousness of the Social Members at the Basic Level

在我国普法工作不断取得成效的今天 ,社会成员的法律意识整体上有了较大的提高 ,但也还存在许多不足。在我国 ,学法、普法主体的广泛性有待进一步强调 ,执法机关及其工作人员应是学法的主力军 ;普法应该以“民主、权利”等观念的广泛而深刻的启蒙为重心和导向 ;普法的渠道或途径是丰富多样的 ,而所有的执法活动就是普法的一个重要渠道和主要平台。

Although progressive achievements have been made in the Popularizing -law Education, and the legal consciousness of the social members has been wholely raised, yet the shortcomings still exist. In our opinion: the wideness of the learning-law and the Popularizing-law's subject has yet to be furtherly strengthened, the law enforcement agencies and their officials ought to be the main force of the Learning-law; a widely and deeply enlightenment of the sense of Democracy and Right ought to be the focus and the guide of the Popularizing-law Education; the Popularizing-law's channels are rich and varied, and all of the law enforcements is an important channel or a main platform of the Popularizing-law Education.
