提高投资估算精度 ,是确定项目评估质量的基础 ,从而也是影响信贷资产质量的重要因素。在实际工作中 ,可通过合理确定投资估算依据 ,选用科学的估算方法 ,详尽明确的估算内容 ,以及提高估算人员素质等方法 。
s: To increse the accuracy of estimating investment is the basis to decide the quality of project estimation. And it is also an important factor to influence the quality of credit assets. In practical work, the accuracy of estimating investment can be increased by deciding investment estimating basis properly, choosing scientific estimating method, giving detailed estimating contents and increasing the personal quality of estimating personnel.
