摘要
通过对船舶建造过程的分析 ,将船舶状态分为三个阶段 ,并指出了船舶不同状态下的法律属性 ,论述了它们对船舶所有权变动、船舶抵押权的构成和法律适用的影响。
Through the analysis of the ship construction processes, this paper divides the ship conditions into three stages, points out the legal nature under different ship conditions and talks about their influences on the change of the ship ownership, the formation of the ship mortgage and the applications of law.
