摘要
应用企业绩效评估与跨文化管理的理论与方法 ,从文化适应、文化利用、创新学习、内容流程、顾客满意、财务收益等六个方面 ,对跨文化绩效评估的指标体系进行了具体的研究。论述了跨国经营企业在具体考核时 ,为保证跨文化绩效评估的正确性所应该遵循的六项基本原则 ,在此基础上提出了跨文化绩效评估的五个步骤。
Using theories and methods of enterprise performance appraisal and cross-cultural management, the article has carried out concrete research on index system of cross-cultural performance appraisal through six aspects: cultural adaptation, cultural utilization, innovative study, internal process, customer satisfaction, and finance income. Six fundamental principles whereby ensure appraisal carried out correctly are also presented. On this basis, the article puts forward five steps of the appraising process.
