摘要
社会环境的变化、教育水平的进步 ,以及学生要求的提高 ,要求教师角色必须重新定位。走进新角色 ,教师应该成为学生学习的促进者、学生思想的引导者、终身学习者、擅长合作者、自省者、研究者。
With the changes of our social environment, the advantage of educational level and the improvement of the student's requirement, teacher must re-orientate his role in the teaching. Coming in the new role, teacher should become an impeller of student's study, a guide of student's thinking, a life-long learner, a good cooperator, an examiner and a researcher.
