摘要
利用M 200型磨损试验机考察了MoSi2 淬火45#钢在20#机油润滑下的摩擦学性能,采用扫描电子显微镜和微探针仪分析讨论其磨损机理.结果表明:润滑油明显改善了MoSi2材料的摩擦学性能;MoSi2与淬火45#钢对摩在120~150N载荷范围内表现出较好的摩擦磨损综合性能;其磨损机制主要表现为疲劳磨损、磨粒磨损和轻微粘着磨损.图4,参10.
The tribological properties of MoSi_2 material under oil lubrication against quenched 45 steel were investigated with an M-200 type friction and wear tester. The worn surface were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and electron probe microanalysis. Results showed that lubricant oil improved the tribological properties of MoSi_2 especially. MoSi_2 showed better friction and wear behavior in the loads range of 120 N to 150 N than at other loads. The main wear mechanisms of MoSi_2 were fatigue wear, abrasive wear and light adhesive wear.4figs.,10refs.
