摘要
从薄板坯连铸保护渣的设计思路出发 ,分析了保护渣的理化特性及其在包钢CSP生产线中对减少中碳钢纵裂和低碳钢粘结漏钢发挥的作用。为适应CSP连铸的高拉速 ,薄板坯连铸保护渣研究还需进一步深入。
The physics and chemistry characters of the mould powder and its role in reducing the longitudinal cracks (caster fold) in slab surface from medium carbon steel and the stickers from low carbon steel are analyzed and studied. In order to meet the requirement of the high casting speed, a deeper research on the mould powder should be done.
