摘要
介绍包钢CSP厂轧机过程控制计算机系统层流冷却段的控制原理和结构。由于冷却速率及冷却量将影响钢材中的晶粒尺寸 ,因此在冶金性能上要求某些特定的冷却和卷曲温度以达到要求的机械性能。冷却段将控制布置在精轧机与地下卷曲机之间输出辊道上下间的水阀 ,通过调整这些阀的水量来控制冷却温度和冷却速率。
The control principles and construction in laminar cooling section for mill process control system in BaoGang CSP Plant are introduced. Due to the influences of the cooling rate and cooling amount on the structure and grain size of the steel, some certain cooling and coiling temperatures are required to guarantee the products mechanic properties. The control valves arranged over and under the run out tables located between the finishing mill and the down coiler can be controlled through the cooling section. With these valves, the water amount can be adjusted to control the cooling temperature and rate.
