摘要
自 1995年以来 ,推广应用 4 0 0MPaⅢ级钢筋一直以钒微合金化为主体 ,近年来由于国际钒资源供应匮乏和钒合金价格上涨等因素的影响 ,各钢厂在恢复含铌钢筋的生产。以铌、钒微合金化的不同特性说明含铌微合金化钢筋生产的基本工艺要求。
Since 1995, application and dissemination of 400 MPa Ⅲ grade hot rolled rebar has been dominant. In the past few years, Nb microalloying rebar was put into operation at steel works due to going-up price of V-alloy and marked drop of Nb-Fe price. This paper describes the diffenent characteristic of Nb, V and Ti microalloying element and the basic demand and for production technology Nb/V microalloyed rebar.
