摘要 韶钢 12 0t转炉投产后 ,以大转炉→ 2 5 0 0中厚板轧机工艺路线成功开发生产覆盖 8~ 4 0mm性能良好的Q345B板材 ,投入批量生产。连铸工艺分析了粘结漏钢产生的原因 ,对中包温度—拉速匹配关系分析、摸索大包氩封保护浇注方式、结晶器保护渣选型、冷却参数优化、浸入水口改型及插入深度摸索 ,提高设备维护水平和生产操作水平 ,稳定了生产工艺 ,保证钢中一定含量的 [Als],为系列HSLA钢开发打下基础。 After the start-up of 120 t BOF at SGIS, Q345B plates of covering 8~40 mm in thickness are produced successfully by the route of BOF-2500 rolling mill, and the mass production was realized. The study was carried out on sticky breakout, relation between tundish tempercture and casting speed, argon protection, selection of the mould protection slag, optimization of cooling parameters, immersion depth of SEN, enhancement of the equipment maintenance and process operation. Thus the process bas been stabilized and suitable content of acid-soluble aluminium in liquid steels is guaranteed and high strength low alloy (HSLA) steel can be produced.
