摘要
经理人业绩评价与企业业绩评价是管理活动的重要内容,两者既有区别也有联系。通过比较分析,提出在企业管理过程中应当将两种评价机制相互结合、相互补充,以充分发挥经理人业绩评价效用和企业业绩评价效用。
The evaluation of manager′s performance and the evaluation of enterprise′s performance are important content of management activities.There are both distinction and connection between them.Through Comparative analysis,the author believes that the two mechanisms of evaluation should work in coordination and help each other in the process of enterprise management so as to make the evaluation of manager′s performance and the evaluation of enterprise′s performance yield well.
