摘要
非圆行星齿轮液压马达的配流设计是影响液压马达效率的关键环节。本文利用非圆齿轮的啮合原理对配流设计中的配油孔这一瓶颈问题的配油孔个数、配油孔的位置以及它的分布特性作了详细的分析研究 ,推导出了配油孔的面积计算公式 ,获得了设计非圆行星齿轮液压马达的几个关键因素的处理方法 。
The oil distribution design is a key factor to the efficiency of the hydraulic motor with non-circular planetary gear. The detailed research to the number, the location and the distributing characteristic of the distribution oil hole which is a bottleneck problem to the oil distribution design was carried out on the basis of the non-circular gear mesh theory. A formula for calculating the area of the distrbution oil hole was deduced, and several methods for the design of the hydraulic motor with non-circular planetary gear are presented.
