摘要
ANSYS作为目前最常用的有限元分析软件之一 ,在产品结构设计中得到了越来越普遍的应用 ,本文针对某型分体空调室外机试制过程长期运行可靠性检测中配管出现裂纹的现象 ,利用ANSYS建立了室外机制冷管路的虚拟样机 ,通过实验确定了压缩机的激励输出 ,对施加了压缩机等效载荷的系统进行了动力学分析 ,通过与实验结果对比 ,仿真分析的结果具有较高的可信度。同时借助ANSYS对系统的管路进行了改进 。
As one of the most popular FEM(Finite Element Method) softwares, ANSYS has been commonly used in structural design of products. In this paper, the problem that crack occurred in refrigeration pipes of one split type air-conditioner is studied. The virtual prototype of the refrigeration pipes is set up with ANSYS, and the excitation output of the compressor is determined by experiments. By comparison of simulation and experiment results, the validity of the model provided is verified. Finally, structural improvement is carried out on the pipes, good results are obtained in both simulation analysis and experiments.
