摘要
介绍了基于等间距磁晶格在线检测机械构件线应变的基本原理。通过对检测信号处理与波形转换 ,将机械构件线应变的检测转换为对检测信号波形高低电平持续时间的计测 ,并推导出时间计测值与构件线应变之间的数学关系式。
We first paper introduce the principle of the quantitative check-measure based on equispaced magnetic field of linear strain of mechanical component. Then based on the processing of detected signal and the conversion of obtained wave, we propose converting the detection of linear strain of mechanical component to the calculation of total time of the wave and the calculation formula are given.
