Comments upon the Research of Impression Managing of an Interviewee

摘要 印象管理是一种影响他人如何看待自己的手段 ,每个个体都试图控制自己留给他人的印象。印象管理被广泛地用于选拔面试中 ,应聘者的印象管理行为对面试程序和结果的影响受到了人们的关注。本文通过概述已有研究成果 ,总结了应聘者印象管理的涵义以及有关的研究 ,并且作出了评价和展望。 Impression Managing is one measure of giving others a good impression.It is used in selecting interview widely,an interviewee effect on the result by the measure,and so would be paid attention.This article summarizes the research result and it conception of impression managing,moreover,gives a comment on it,and describes an expectation of it.
