深化高等教育改革为全面建设小康社会注入活力

Deepen high education reform to pour vigor in building a well-off society in an all-around way

十六大报告提出了全面建设小康社会的目标,在实现这一宏伟目标的过程中,高等教育承担着重要的历史使命。本文详细论述了深化高等教育改革的四方面措施:围绕新的教育目标,搭建教育平台,为全面建设小康社会提供人才支持;以推动社会的发展为目标,努力培养勇于并善于科技创新的拔尖人才;加强教师队伍的建设,为人才培养提供动力源泉和保障;强化高校的服务性功能,为全面建设小康社会实现社会资源的优化配置。

The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has proposed the goal of building a well-off society in an all-around way. During the process of realizing this magnificent goal, higher education undertakes an important historical mission. In this paper, four measures on higher educational reform have been expounded: surrounding the new educational aim,establishing an educational platform in order to offer intellects support for building a well-off society in an all-around way; making great efforts to train excellent talents who are brave in and good at the scientific and technical innovation to drive the society's development; strengthening the construction of the teacher team to provide motivity and guarantee; enhancing the service function of the university to realize the optimization collocation of social resources for building a well-off society in an all-around way.
