中国加入WTO后对武钢产生了正反两个方面的影响。为了提高武钢在国际市场的竞争力 ,应当注重对企业发展的战略研究和管理 ,通过科技创新 ,不断推进企业的技术进步。同时 ,武钢还应加强人才队伍建设 ,多元化经营和建立战略联盟 ,并利用国际惯例和法律维护企业利益。

The entry of WTO gives Wugang positive and negative influence. To improve the competitive power in international market, Wugang should pay more attention on the development strategy research and management; boost the technology advancement through the science and technology innovation. Wugang should also enhance the work of training and import of the person with ability and establish the strategy union with the oversea large companies and learn from the international tradition and law to protect the self-profit.
